International Symposium on Green Technologies and Applications

All accepted papers of the ISGTA 2025 Symposium will be published by Springer and will be indexed by Scopus.

Please register your paper before November 11, 2025. Failure to register by this date and submit your camera-ready files before November 8, 2025, will result in your paper being not included in the proceeding and the final program.

Please, follow the following steps in order to prepare your camera ready paper:

Step 1: Camera Ready Paper

To prepare the Camera-Ready paper, follow the reviewers’ comments sent to you by e-mail and make sure that you meet the current guidelines of Springer, and MS Word Template (Latex is not accepted) .
Please make sure that you have used the correct ISGTA 2025 template via this link : ISGTA 2025 template. : ISGAIE 2025 template.

Step 2: Similarity Check Requirement:

Ensure the similarity index of your paper is below 15% and 0% for AI. Papers exceeding this limit will not be considered by Springer. Ensure that no AI tools were used in the writing of this paper and that no AI-generated similarity is detected in its content.

Step 3: Number of Pages

The total number of pages is strictly limited to 12. This is a mandatory requirement for the publication of your paper, and no extra pages are permitted

Step 4: Registration

In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings at least one author must register and pay the registration fees in full by the deadline. Registration will be handled online using the following webpage: Registration Link.

Step 5: Naming and Submission of Camera-ready

Name your file as follows:

Use the following format: pdf
PaperID: The number you received when you submitted your paper via Microsoft CMT

Step 6: Copyright Form

Please download the copyright form using the provided link:

Copyright Springe Proceedings: Paper Volume 1

Copyright Springer Proceedings: Paper Volume 2

Only the corresponding author for each paper must complete and sign the form. Once filled out, save the document as IAGTA_Copyright_PaperID.pdf (PDF format is required).

Step 7: Corresponding Author Information

Complete the Author Information file by filling the required cells for the corresponding author only and save it as ISGAIE_PaperID.xlsx (Do not save it in PDF format). Click to download the Author Information file

Step 8: Required Files

You need to upload a zipped file containing all the following five files in Microsoft CMT (please delete the old version).
Nameyour zipped file as: ISGAIE_PaperID
Camera-ready paper in a pdf
Camera-ready paper sourcefile (Ms_Word .docx).
High-Quality Figures (ZIP): Upload any figures separately in high resolution (at least 300 dpi).
Copyright Form (PDF): Signed by the corresponding author.
Completed author information file in xlsx

You need to send the same zipped file to lahby@ieee.org

Publication Eligibility:

Only papers meeting all submission requirements and registered by November 11, 2025 will be eligible for publication in the Springer book series.

Please note: Ensure that the paper is thoroughly edited and meets the high- quality standards required by Springer. The final decision on including your paper in the Springer book series will be made by Springer based on the quality of the paper and the proceedings.
